In-Person Consultations
60 to 75-minute sessions designed to assess your workout needs and create a long term workout plan to meet your goals. Our first step is learning more about you as a client and your fitness goals by conducting assessments and asking a few additional questions. Secondly, we will take you through a modified workout session as a sample of what your workout plan will be.
Follow Up Sessions
45 to 60-minute sessions tailored to fit your individual goals and needs that work towards your collaborative workout plan. These are conducted either in-person (60 minutes) or via Zoom (45 minutes) based on your chosen service and modality. Each aspect of your session is designed to challenge your body and help you improve your fitness while working towards your goals.
Phone & Virtual Consultations
15 to 20-minute sessions conducted over the phone or via Zoom with the purpose of assessing your workout needs and what you would like to achieve from our sessions. These are free consults that we offer to answer any questions you may have and determine how we can help solve those needs via our virtual follow up sessions.
What we offer
Post Rehab Fitness
These sessions are curated to the goals of the individual for a complete individualized service. In addition to one-on-one sessions, our trainers work with you to determine session times that fit with your schedule, provide a complete workout plan for days in-between sessions with your trainer, and provide 24/7 support and accountability. We also provide assessment tracking and additional tips and tricks to help you achieve your goals. Common goals in these sessions can include improving strength following an injury or surgery, increasing general fitness, and improving balance or mobility. Post Rehab Fitness sessions are one-one-one or can be modified to include multiple individuals.
Senior Fitness
These sessions are curated to the goals of the individual and their family whenever applicable for a complete, age-appropriate exercise program. This service is geared specifically to our 55+ clients and works on important aspects such as building balance, strength, and preventing injury. Similarly to our Post Rehab Fitness sessions, our trainers will also work with you to determine session times that fit with your schedule, provide a complete workout plan for days in-between sessions with your trainer, and provide 24/7 support and accountability. Sessions will also include assessment tracking and additional tips and tricks to help you achieve your goals. Senior Fitness sessions are one-one-one or can be modified to include multiple individuals.
Virtual Training
These online workout sessions are geared towards anyone looking for a trainer to assist with post-rehab fitness or mobility improvement. While our other session types are not typically eligible for Virtual Training sessions, this can be determined on an as-needed basis through a complimentary consultation! As with any of our services, our trainers will work with you to determine session times that fit with your schedule, provide a complete workout plan for days in-between sessions with your trainer, and provide 24/7 support and accountability. We also provide virtual assessment tracking and additional tips and tricks to help you achieve your goals. For our Virtual Training sessions, we provide one-on-one coaching via Zoom to help clients reach their goals, although this modality can also be modified to include multiple individuals.
Mobility Training
These sessions are designed to help clients improve their overall mobility and can be used as a supplemental service to combine primarily, but not exclusively, with our Post Rehab Fitness, Senior Fitness or TBI Movement Therapy Sessions. In our Mobility Training sessions, we focus on improving mobility in some area, whether that means moving a specific joint, walking, or simply moving about the house. These sessions can be added as a focus to one of our other services or we can provide sessions primarily in this area just as we would any of our other sessions.
TBI Movement Training
These sessions are specifically designed for individuals with traumatic brain injuries (TBIs). Often, individuals with this condition require more hands-on training with exercise and therapy than other clients, so we designed an entire service around this aspect of their lives. Our main goal with TBI Movement Therapy sessions is improving quality of life. These sessions are created exclusive to PRESS and are the first of their kind in Florida - we ensure that these sessions are entirely individualized based on the client, just as the rest of our services. We use a variety of new technology and equipment in addition to standard methods and exercises that work in tandem to make progress and reach goals for the client and their family. TBI Movement Therapy sessions include a mix of traditional physical therapy methods and modern exercise techniques that have been tested and refined by our own trainers who have Master’s degrees in Physical Therapy and years of experience in the field. These sessions differ from traditional physical therapy in that we can provide these sessions while the client is currently receiving physical therapy and/or occupational therapy treatment, and that we bill through cash pay only and do not work with insurance companies. We do NOT recommend replacing physical therapy treatment with these sessions unless the client no longer qualifies for additional physical therapy visits or has been referred by their physician.
Our sessions are available to clients only with a physician’s consent for exercise and physical activity. If at any time an injury occurs, our trainers will discontinue sessions until clearance is obtained from the client’s physician.

Rates
We offer competitive pricing to our clients that reflects the quality of our service and our honest commitment to you that we will help you achieve your goals. While we don’t disclose our rates to the general public, we will discuss our prices and package options as part of your initial consult with us, whether that is in-person, over the phone, or via Zoom.
After your initial assessment, you will have a choice of your session frequency (between 1-5 times a week) based on your trainer’s recommendation. The frequency will determine your rate although we do offer discounts with pre-payment of packages (a requirement to book any follow-up sessions). We accept payments through Square (most debit/credit cards) as well as cash or personal checks.
Home Exercise Packages - These packages include any of our available session types. Packages can include varying frequency, from 1 to 5 sessions per week and are set for between 1 and 3 people per individual session. Packages are also designed to be discounted as opposed to purchasing single sessions and consults. Prices vary according to service type and frequency.
